1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Website, requesting an estimate, booking an inspection, or engaging our roofing and construction services, you ("Client", "Property Owner", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.

2. Scope of Services & Written Proposals

Epic Roofing TX provides residential and commercial roofing replacement, roof repair, emergency tarping, gutter installation, chimney flashing, silicone coating, and storm damage inspection services across Greater Houston and surrounding Texas counties.

All contracted work is governed by a separate, signed written Proposal or Agreement that specifies the exact scope of work, materials, schedules, and pricing. In the event of any conflict between this Website and a signed written Agreement, the executed written Agreement shall control.

3. Estimates, Roof Inspections & Calculators

Estimates provided via our online calculator or verbal consultations are preliminary and non-binding. Exact pricing requires an on-site 21-point physical roof inspection by our certified assessors to confirm roof dimensions, pitch, decking conditions, ventilation, and layers of existing roofing materials.

4. Texas Insurance Claim Compliance & Deductibles

In accordance with Texas law (Texas House Bill 2102 / Texas Insurance Code Chapter 707):

• It is illegal for a roofing contractor to pay, waive, rebate, absorb, or assist a property owner in avoiding payment of their property insurance deductible.
• Property owners are legally required to pay their full insurance deductible under the terms of their property casualty policy.
• Epic Roofing TX provides honest, forensic damage documentation and works transparently with property owners and insurance carriers to ensure code-compliant restoration.

5. Warranties & Workmanship Guarantees

Roofing systems installed by Epic Roofing TX are backed by:

• Manufacturer Warranties: Up to 50-year non-prorated system warranties from certified manufacturers (such as GAF System Plus and Golden Pledge), subject to manufacturer terms and registration.
• Workmanship Guarantees: Our company-backed workmanship warranty covers defects in installation as stipulated in your written service agreement.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by subsequent natural disasters (such as named hurricanes exceeding warranty wind ratings, tornadoes, hail beyond rating limits), acts of God, structural modifications made by third parties, or failure by the homeowner to maintain reasonable upkeep.

6. Property Access, Preparation & Safety

The Property Owner agrees to provide reasonable access to driveways, electrical outlets, water sources, and roof perimeters during scheduled project execution. Homeowners are advised to park vehicles away from installation zones and secure fragile interior wall hangings before roof tear-off commences.

7. Payment Terms & Financing

Payment milestones are outlined in your written project contract. Financing options offered through third-party lending partners are subject to credit approval and the specific terms and conditions established by the lending institution.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Epic Roofing TX and its officers, employees, and subcontractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from website use, delays caused by weather, material supply chain disruptions, or undisclosed pre-existing structural defects of the property.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including logos, visual design, custom text, project case studies, and graphics, is the exclusive intellectual property of Epic Roofing & Construction LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable United States copyright and trademark laws.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from your relationship with Epic Roofing TX shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law rules. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
